Well, it has been a moment since i have done an update.

this one is pretty small.

here’s the deal, i moved the gallery updates section above the rabbles. i want this to get used. i am starting to ask all gallery contributors to make a post there when they add the the gallery.

eventually i will have this automated, but that will take some time (seeing as how i dont have any free time).

also added caitlin to the front page stuff and made a new gallery for summer. woot.

you heard me. heh. to those of you who actually give a shit you can now have a sicksadworld.us email address and hell, you can even get on jabber with us. not only is this convenient but it is also a way to impress the opposite sex without fail.

so if you want one of these, or simply should have one… please get ahold of me via email, jabber, msn, aim, yahoo, irc, etc.

tonight i decided after working on the comments… and getting sidetracked to other stuff… i did some work on here.

now each section header (articles, rabbles, gallery updates, and code news) are links to the corresponding pages. these pages only display the entries from the section it is for.

it looks pretty. heh.

i still have to find time to get individual article pages to display properly with their comments and find a way that i dont have to approve all comments before they go up (this could be months before i would get to it.). the benefit of this would be all of you staffies could use the excerpt box to write a short preview to entice people to read your article, but at the same time spare the front page from displaying these long winded rants and such.

on the same topic… i dont have the individual article pages done… so i will be subjecting you all to this long winded nonsense.

other than the headers being links, the links in the sidebar are no longer anchors to the section. they are now true internal links to these various sections.

now i encourage all staffies to write shit. i don’t care if it’s a jibberish rant. i want to see this site have a little activity so that i have motivation to make this shit look better.

on a side note… SSW welcomes a new staffy. this would be the kryp71k guy that we all know ad love. he has no hackergotchi as of yet and i am too lazy to do it for him. we all know that you want to see his pretty face!

I don’t feel like narrowing it down to the different sub section feeds, so i just set it up with a basic feed that includes all parts of the TXP site.
